is the best online transcription service I have ever used. It is easy to use and their transcription quality is excellent.I have used several transcription services in the past but this one by InfraWare was hands down the best. Their customer service is outstanding and their transcription quality is excellent. They are also very fast with getting my transcripts back to me - which is a huge plus for me I highly recommend them if you are looking for an excellent transcription service

is a TOTAL SCAM I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing more than scammers who try to get your money by promising you something that is not really there. I was told by one of their reps that I could get my transcription done in as little as two days and when I asked what the payment plan was they told me it would be 50 per hour I never received anything except threats and harassment from these people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have used this company for about a year now and the quality of their dictation software is terrible. The software has not worked properly on one occasion after many attempts and it has been very frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a company that sells software to help people dictation writers I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of infraware.coms dictation software. The first use of this software has resulted in the loss of my voice and ability to speak clearly. I am now using it at work to have our witness talk through their evidence. Im fortunable that this will only be necessary in the future but for the first time ever I was embarrassed at how much I needed and had to pay for something I didnt need.
