I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone They are terrible at their job and do a terrible job. Ive had to contact them multiple times because they keep cutting corners and doing things that are unsafe. My experience with this company has been nothing but negative.

1. Terrible company with terrible customer service I never had a problem until recently when their IT managed services started to go wrong. Every time I called they would tell me it was my fault and that there was nothing they could do about it. They would also charge me for things that didnt even happen. Save yourself the trouble and dont use these guys

I used infydots.com for the first time this year and it was a total disaster The IT guy who came to help me said that my computer was infected with some scam and he couldnt do anything about it because he didnt have the right software. I told him that I knew how to fix my computer but he just laughed at me and said that wasnt his problem. He left without even giving me a goodbye. This company is a total waste of your time and money

Every single one of these users has had no experience with the product or service at all.
