There is also evidence of fraudulent practices throughout the company - for example users have had their funds stolen after signing up for courses and then never received any results. Avoid this company at all costs

I have had several issues with this company and their customer service. The first was when I sent an email asking for a custom story and there was a whole mess going on because they were trying to create a new Unity story world while I was still playing my game. My story wasnt created until I got feedback from the customer service person and it took them forever to get back to me. Then there were these games where the gameplay would change completely after just one or two playsigns. So much so that they would send me another game vs. which I could have easily been satisfied with only some minor flaws. Instead of taking care of their customers they put themselves in the position to make more problems for themselves. Customer service should be solely responsible for making sure games are played by people who are interested in what they have made not putting off owners of companies such as theirs who are looking for a solution.

Innovation Studios has always been a staff of high quality but this time they have gone one step further and becoming a company that provides art services for Unity games. I have never seen such discredit to an organisation like this. The majority of the users on the website are clearly employees of a single company and are simply trying to outsource their art needs which is understandable given the lack of quality. Its as if theyve been ceasing operations due to these last few years of growth.The website is abandonedlictionous and overall not very productively using. There is some good work here and theres nothing about art services provided by Innovation Studios themselves. table
