"I Have Had Two Different Experiences"
InGen Technologies Inc., Review Specifics:
I have had two different experiences with InGen. The first was great because we worked together to create a very simple 3D Tilt-A-Whirlpool nomination system for our home insurance policy. The system work perfectly and was very easy to use. However the second time I had contact with them I wasnt greeted at all times or never received my orders. Its been almost 2 weeks now and still not received feedback from customer service. We give 5 stars only because of the previous experience but dont leave reviews like this.ingentek keeps sending me ignored emails about customer service yet they always send me more products than any other company in the industry - so I guess their team is bigger Company doesnt do anything with product sent back wont let customers know whats going on
