I have had a negative experience with Innorise.com. I placed an order for custom software development and was very excited to get it done as soon as possible. However after almost two weeks of no response from the company I realized that my order may have been canceled due to some unforeseen circumstances. needless to say this has not been a happy experience for me.

I have had the opportunity to use Innorise for Custom Software Development Company and am not Experience lvl 2 and 3 yet. levels 1 and 2 were very helpfull. I have had the opportunity to use Innorise previous company innorize.com which was a huge disappointment. levels 1-3 were very low end. I do not think that this company will be successful in the custom software development market.

And I can say that Innorise is the best company out there when it comes to their customer service and secondly the quality of their software is excellent. You could probably hiring them to build your own program if youre want to use their software for business purposes. Overall I would highly recommend Innorise to anyone looking for a great customer service experience with their software development projects.

I have never had such trouble with an online company before. The customer service was terrible and not even worth anything as far as support went. I had to get a hold of the customer service center and they were always happy to help but also always seemed to be working on other things. detrimentally for Innorise myself I got the BADA report today and it looks like my account was Squirrel-hacked because I no longer have access to my site.The customer service isinoisine or worseand the company itself is neither good nor bad just poor in how this particular instance did not occur. From what I could tell something came up with innorise.coms development company and they were able to get it fixed quickly - yet again something that should never happen because it would be so costly and time consuming.
