Ive had to contact customer service multiple times because the site would not load or my order would not ship. for the Home and BusinessI have used Innosolutions.io a few times now and not been happy with what Ive experienced. Every time I have a problem with my computer or phone Ive had to go through a TON of resources to find and get help from them. For example I was trying to do something on my phone and it was making me sign out and in again- it was really frustrating. Then I realized that because Innosolutions.io is such a new company they dont have any human beings on staff yet so theyre going to be much more responsive in dealing with things. Lastly they always seem like theyre looking for ways to make money - so if youre not happy with their services they are usually willing to refund your account or send a credit card under bad conditions. Obercrantz is one of the mostemade users reviews on Innosolutions.
