"I Was A Bit Disappointed With The Product."

I was a bit disappointed with the product. The shoe is high-quality but the customer service was terrible. I went to the store and had a human help me put it on. Then they took my shoes and put them in a bag and left. My expierence wasnt good yetI am very unhappy with our recent experience at innovaage.com . Our order arrived wrong at not just one day early but without any instructions or explanation as to how it could have happened - something thats really bad when youve been shopping around for hours We even received an email notification telling us what was happening so we knew where our delivery came from which again amazing given how quickly we ordered. So now Im wondering if theres going to be any kind of marketing or advertising campaign especially considering this is such a great company...
