I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had a number of negative experiences with them in the past and I wouldnt even give them an average of 1 out of 5 stars. The least impressive thing about their business is that they seem to only offer one type of solution - which is often very expensive and not much useful. Plus their customer service is absolutely terrible.

They told me that my old one was already in the store and would be there for a few days. I was so excited but then they said that the new one was already here and would be there right away. I just brought in an organization that needed to grow and for some inexplicable reason innovativesolutions.ae was not able to help. They were trying to do everything possible to let me know that it wasnt their problem and that they would get back to me as needed. But nothing happened. I contacted the customer service number and sent an emailer hour later when I no longer had access to call them. I even sent them a picture of the invoice and they responded with We are sorry we do not have any information about this organization. So now I am going through their website and other materials looking for any clues or information on how to reach out to them.
