I absolutely hated my job at innovatrics.com. It was a people-based company and I was the only person in the office who wasnt responsible for much of anything. In the end it just didnt work for me and I left in May. Hopefully I can get some of that experience back so that I can give you a good review instead of feeling like you have to talk about it all. innovateatrics.com is a terrible job site because there is no focus on actually doing something interesting or necessary for businesses. They offer nothing and more likely offer an improved DB model as a result. Theyre also one of the most common ones which leads to people walking away from their jobs in order to not be part of this type of place again.

Im not sure what the problem is but its not good. innovatrics.com is a decent company when it comes to providing information and services to businesses in the field of biometric analysis but then something unexpected happens - the site becomes very user-friendly but also contains some easily-guessed factors that can drive up prices e.g. large companies have a large number of customers. For example they list a price for a customers fingerprinting machine which starts at 35000. I once saw an article mentioning a price for a machine that needs no ink yet but has a unique unique identifier - this would be really helpful to everyone if they wanted to use this type of machine without having to have their fingerprint or hand image on each sideI wouldnt recommend anything about innovatrics.com
