I have just returned from a two-week visit to Innovensa Ltd which is a software development company in the business of developing software. I can say that the process of developing software is bad. The team here is very small and are each working on one project at a time without any feedback or support from the rest of the team. This makes it difficult to get started and also means that there is no peace of mind when starting out. Instead you are constantly being conservationated about what you are doing and watched by camera footage that they print off. They also have an outrageous price for their products especially given the fact that they do not last long and have no support whatsoever.
