I have never had such a terrible experience with an online company. I ordered a product and it came back in stock but the quality was terrible. The stickers were peeled off within minutes of being put on and there were big missed spots throughout the product. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

I called them and told them I needed to order somebd because my girlfriend was trying to watch it on her phone and she had no idea how to get it off and the lady said sorry but youre going to have to pay for it yourself. Do not bother with this company

Do not use this company at all. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. The first time I ordered something it didnt arrive until after the original purchase deadline and when I asked about it they said that it was out of their control and that there was no way to get a refund. They refused to do anything about it even though their policy says that you can. Do not go through this company if you want your money back or any kind of solution to your problems.

I just bought my first ever invention from InnovixBD. I was really pleased with the product and thought it was a great idea. Unfortunately I have had to file a bad review because of the Invention is not working right. I am not sure what kind of problem it is but I think it might be that the technology is new and something that needs to be perfect before you sell it. Not only is this common in businesses but also with products- people want to use them and give feedback. Overall I think that InnovixBD should be more careful about their new products.
