I just got out of a bad review for this company. It was supposed to be a one-time experience. I was expectations exceeded but when I contacted the company after the review was placed on hold they said they couldnt release the information I needed because it had been already released. Weve been working together for 2 years and Ive never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The work is excellent but not only are they terrible at customer service theyre also terrible at solving problems. There are too many times where weve gone into a dispute because of their mistakes. Overall I would not recommend working with Company Insight Designs - maybe if youre looking for an excellent web design company with immense potential then maybeThis is a bad user review which has been published before and has now been abandoned.
