I have a long standing relationship with them and every time I need help with my online business or personal computer they are always there to help. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an affordable and quality managed IT service.Ive been using Insightit for about 2 years now as their management team has been great Their knowledge of the software industry is huge which allows them to provide good value for your money while also meeting your technical needs - which we definitely needed given our growing business. Overall theyre a great bunch of people who will go out of their way to make sure youre happy with your results... especially if youre one of those people who likes taking care of everything themselves

it is a scamI am warning everyone about this company. They are in the business of managed IT services and they are nothing more than a scam. The first time I met them they were promise me that they could help with my computer problems. However after I got my computers fixed they charged me for all of the work that was done And even though I never had any problems with my computers before these guys said that because I had been using their services before it must have been something wrong with my machines Needless to say I dont recommend this company at all.

ItWe are very unhappy with the service we received from InsightIt.com.au. The first thing that caught our attention was how long it took to get a quote for our IT needs - it was over two weeks We were also told that the services we ordered were not going to be completed until after Easter which is really disappointing because we need the services to start working by then Secondly when we finally got a call back from their customer care representative about some of the services that had been sent to us which werent actually needed they said they would have to charge us an additional fee for those items - which completely cancel out any potential benefits that may have come from ordering these items in the first place Finally our final experience was terrible. Our contact person was extremely unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping us at all. Overall this experience is absolutely terrible and we wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

I just would not recommend this company to others. They are very slow in retribution and when they do its an estimate. I have had to take matter to customer service multiple times but they never respond. Thank you for the opportunity but I will not be going there again.
