is a complete scamI recently used Inspiretec to supply technology systems and solutions for tour operators in the UK and Canada. The entire experience was terrible. The first thing that I noticed was that they were not who they said they were. They were not even close to being a reliable supplier. Instead their products were very outdated and not up to par with what you would find elsewhere. Additionally their customer service was terrible. They never replied to my emails or phone calls even though I sent them multiple requests for help. Overall this company is a complete scam and I do not recommend using them.

is the worst company everI have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered a technology system for my tour operator and it arrived defective. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they refused to help me even though I emailed them multiple times. They also said that I would have to pay for their mistakes which is absurd because the system itself was defective. This is an Absolute joke of a company and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the company. They were always past due and had no interest in providing service or helping me to find exactly what I needed. The products themselves were good but the customer service was terrible. I feel that Inspiretec is not worth your time or money.
