"I Just Opened A Review"

InstaCarma, Review Specifics:

I just opened a review for company instacarma.com because I didnt like their customer service. Company is outsource web hosting support and they dont tell you what it will cost or how much it will cost until after the fact. So I spent months trying to get them to know about my internet plan and then they changed the price so slowly that I couldnt see a difference. They also doesnt seem to understand english so I asked an interpreter and she said oh no we are not doing anything different from before. Then he the administrator told me that his team was looking into another solution and that the other one would be cheaper. She also said Oh good because this ones going to be lower too. When I asking around - nobody knows English well enough to answer someones question better than That - Nobody there seems willing take responsibility for something like this either so you can imagine my frustration when only 5 days later did somebody say
