I have had a terrible experience with Intelli tek. I was quoted a price for services that were not what was promised. The workers who came to do the work were very unprofessional and created a lot of mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not impressed at all with this company. Ive used them for both IT support and managed IT services and each time I have had a terrible experience. They are always late they dont know what theyre doing and their service is terrible. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The support they provide is terrible and the prices are high. Ive had to call them multiple times and they always say theyll get back to me within a few hours. In reality most of the time it takes them days or weeks.

IntelliTeK Pty Ltd is a company that provides managed IT services for businesses in the Sydney region. Their prices are great but their service is slow and their support is poor. I had the opportunity to use their services last year and they were very much upstanding. However this year they have changed their strategy and have become more focused on providing only man-made solutions rather than international solutions. These days we get our IT services through our main contractor or partner so there is little or no control over the quality and delivery of the work. IntelliKwik the company is not this type of company anymore.The staff are good - too good in fact - but the website is shoddy and The support isicient - in fact it often works out of reach with all these features. Weve asked for an interpersonal chat yet still havent received one - contact her using her email address instead and put your cv on pole top if you

IntelliTeK is a terrible company. They always try to upsell me while I am trying to use their site. For every other website as well I would be able to find better services for less money. But not with IntelliTeK They make it difficult for me to find what I need and then try to charge too much for things that are unnecessary. For example they tell me that their online IT support is the best in Sydney but their service only covers my town Sydney. If I wanted online IT support in Sydney I would have to go through them from top to bottom and then pay them for everything else like getting an online hosting account. This company does not do any of the above for its customers. When I ask about their customer service they say they are Offline Support They never gone out of business because they dont offer anything unique or different when it comes down to customer service they
