I contacted Intensofy about a problem I was having with my phone. The customer service agent sent me to the wrong website and then told me that I needed to bring my phone in for repair. After being told multiple times that there was no way I could get help because my phone was warranty-less I decided to give up. Do not bother using this company as their customer service is terrible and they will never help you out.

Intensofy.com is a company that helps people with online surveys and other contact support needs. They provide professional customer service through email and phone chat as well as 247 support through a number of means such as chatbots and webinar programs. However I was very disappointed with the time it took to get a response to my request for help with a contact survey. There seemed to be some issue with the data being received by Intensofy.com but once the problem was sorted out it was back-and-forth for what felt like an eternity. Overall I would not recommend using Intensofy.com - their customer service is terrible and their support is long and busy.

Additionally the customer service is often uninterested in helping and instead relies on email marketing to try and get someones attention.
