I just bought a two-year warranty on this computer and was worried about the potential risks involved. I am not entirely sure what kind of security measures are in place or where they are taken from. The computer has been great but Ive now had Browsing and Users counted against me multiple times. worst of all is that my last PC had over 100 million articles licensed it is now 0 The company intertecsystems.com computer service was terrible. They were level-headed and honest about the potential risks involved with their product but also didnt take too much time to get to the bottom of things. Every count asleep at its game has made caused frustration and have now led to frameups which have stopped the companys operations completely.

The technical support has been terrible and every time I call they make me go throughaiir conversation again in order to get someone to help me out.
