In short I absolutely loved how easy it was to get started with the website design and what great features there are already in place The training itself was excellent too- everything from starting off with HTML to creating a custom eCommerce store was very clear and step-by-step. SolutionsIntrospective is a company that delivers website design IT training and e-commerce solutions. I was really disappointed with the customer service we received at ICM. The person who called us were unable to understand what we were trying to do with our account and didnt seem to be familiar with the product we were offering. Were not sure if this was an event or my phone being wrong but we had to call somebody back after getting some help from another employee who did hear and also pulled up their own billfold which was helpful. Overall we were not satisfied with our experience at ICM and would not recommend them to others.

The website itself was terrible and not what I wanted - it looked like a simple project with generic HTML code and there were no any features or amenities included which would have made it better. The customer service was also horrible- they were never interested in helping me get there goals done and just said it was too big or didnt have his time to help. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.I had an excellent experience at introspective.co.uk The team was friendly and helpful
