Intsig.us is a company that provides OCR technology for businesses. Their product is terrible and does not work well at all. I have had to do multiple revisions of documents because the automated translation feature did not work at all. Additionally their customer service was very bad and did not help me any when I needed it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They use OCR technology to convert text into images which is terrible because the images are always different and look terrible. I also had a negative experience with their customer service. They were unhelpful and didnt seem to care about my satisfaction.

The first time I called they told me my phone was fried and would take time to get back to me. They never did and now my phone is so late that I cant even see it I have to go on the internet to find what happened because of how late my phone is getting.intensifying the problemIntsig.us is a terrible business customer service line where you have to wait for someones attention while they are trying to do something else.
