Intuitiva S.A.S., Review Specifics:

Intuitiva is a company that provides innovative customer service. However I always felt that they were a little tooconservative when it came to change. They would make small changes andstructure changes but overall the goal was still the same - to make your experience better. That being said their customer service here at Intuitiva is usually good enough. They have excellent AC repair services and theyre usually able to help you out with pretty much anything from finding a new carpenter on line to sending you a replacement part right away. Overall though Ive never had an amazing experience with their customer service so I wouldnt recommend them.

The company has a blog and they provide user views on various matters including their services prices and the quality of their products. However there are numerous bad reviews about the company some of which are even years old.One user says they were taken in on a quick interview and never told anything about the service other than its good. They were then given a bill for 2000 per month. In addition he said We do not collect any fees from users for this period. He also said she went over her subscription number and was told it was too high. She was then charged for the month but didnt receive the money until after her subscription had expired. There are also complaints about how the company conducts itself with customers who typically have their data collected and monitored without getting notice or consent from theeeiinintuitiva
