I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of a W3 Total Cache. Iincinners have been struggling to find a online resource that offers an unbiased review of the product even though it is a well-researched and honest one. Ive searched long and hard but couldnt find anything that will back up his claim. Ive also tried calling W3 total cache several times and they continue to say there is no answer other than their phone number. This is not reasonableens behaviorThe companys mission is to provide an excellent user experience for customers so if youre looking for someone to give you an unbiased review this may not be the person you want to work with.

I was this companys customer for over a year and a half. I never had an issue with their software. However now I cant find anything of use on their site. Every time I try to search for information it says the page is not found. I have gone back to their website and changed everything back to how it was before. Still nothing.This company is known for broken promises and other issues. They should be ashamed of themselves and what theyve done for their customers.
