This company is terrible. Ive had multiple problems with them and they always seem to be trying to scam me. The digital signage systems that they sell are absolutely terrible. They never work correctly and the customer service is terrible too. Save your money and go somewhere else.

1. Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and will never be able to meet your needs. There is no reason to bother using them because youll be disappointed in the end.2. Poor customer service experience with iqinteractive.ca I was extremely unhappy with my experience with iqinteractive.ca. I had a very positive first impression of their website until I started using their services. The customer service was absolutely terrible - they were unhelpful unyielding and even refused to help me when I asked for help on a specific issue that I was having trouble resolving myself which was clearly not their responsibility. In addition their POS systems are incredibly outdated - they dont even have touch screens anymore which means you have to input all your information manually every time you want to make a purchase or sign up for an account Overall avoid this company if you can - theyre nothing but scams and don

I have had the pleasure of working with Iq Interactive for the past four years. They are an extraordinary team and I have never felt so special. They have a natural ability to understand what you want and make it happen while also adding their own unique touch. I cant imagine a better group of people who want to help make their web presence smarter bigger and more engaging.Im not sure what went wrong for me this time around. It seems like one of those things where once the idea is born it just doesnt hold up. Maybe its the worklife balance that isnt as strict this time around but overall I feel like things were moving forward until something specific caused them not to. Regardless Im sticking with them for now and hope to see them again soon

I have never seen anything but problems with company iqinteractive.ca. The customer service is terrible and they always do not seem to know what they are doing. Their digital signage is terrible and I never get any results that I try. I am usually getting the same thing every time a message that my search has been closed because the users computer has gone out. I have had to call them multiple times and they always seem to be confused. I would not recommend this site or this business to anyone.
