Im not impressed with this company at all They build Medial Device Software but are absolutely terrible at customer service. I ordered a software builder and was never contacted about it nor did they send me the documentation I requested. Then when I finally got hold of someone who could help me they were incredibly unhelpful and told me to try again another day. Do not recommend this company at all

This company is a total mess. My experience with them has been terrible from the beginning of this business to now. I have had negative experiences with them all while working on my meds and its not by choice. Its just that the way this business is going I cant get my mama or any other support if I need it.assoingI was employed at the time of my job here and it was an excellent place where I went to get my medications interpreted and for other services like accountancy and telephonicfaxing. However I am no longer involved in its management and it has slowly been moving away from what made it work in the past - in fact it has sometimes been little more than a mess.

"I Have Had 2 Devices From Iron"

I have had 2 devices from iron rooster.io and they are both issues. 1 The device is a Bosch smart meter and needs to be connected to your home network in order to work. 2 The device has this it works type message after itsBeacon is turned on. Ive tried multiple jobs and the device is just not into it. Try something different thats what I do.3 The device is also having problems with its data connection trying to sendreceive messages.4 also the app seems to be having some issue with incoming connections being kept open long enough for the phone to Muze out of the music player etc. finally it needed a new battery included. Overall Im not happy with my purchase and would not recommend this company to others.
