I have never used this company before and I am absolutely terrible at customer service. My first order arrived late and the refund was not even given to me. The second time my order took forever to come in and when it finally did it was completely different than the product that I ordered. The quality of the products they sell is definitely not up to par with what you would get from a more reputable store like Walmart or Sears. Avoid this company if you can

I had a terrible experience with the company Isama.com.sa. I placed an order for a watch and was very disappointed when it arrived. The watch itself was not what I expected at all. It looked terrible and was too big for my wrist. Additionally the band was incredibly thin and came apart easily. Overall this experience was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am very disappointed with company isama.com.sa they do not seem to be in the business of providing good customer service. I had to contact them multiple times to get a response to my issues and even after doing so they still would not respond back. Their website is also very outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never been so disappointed with a website. I ordered a product and it was delivered to my house late night without notice. I had to call the company to ask what the problem was and they said that my order wasnt placed because there were no products in stock. Now two days later I still have not received my order and there is no information about when it will be delivered. This company is nothing but a scam do not bother buying anything from them.

I was this companys customer servicey guy for years. I never had a problem until recently. Now all the time its the other way around. Customer service is like an office with no one in it. You cant even bring your ID to work. Doing some research found that most companies have same issue - people cannot find their account or account history on company site. Once they find it its game over because they lost their hard-earned money.I feel sorry for these guys if you dont have a problem with customer service then you should be able to find one anywhere else that has as much broken state as what I had.BAD USER REVIEWCompany does not seem to care about its customers including those who have always been positive . reset account and try again This is how one usually coping with this kind of situation 1 posting link to product or service 2 particularly online where there is plenty of information
