Ive never had a problem with this company until now. I ordered a product and it didnt arrive as promised. I went to contact them and they told me to email them the description of the product which I did. A few days later I received an email from them saying that my order was delivered and that the product was defective because it hadnt been properly packaged. Needless to say Im not happy with this experience at all.
