I used this company for my business and I have to say it was a huge mistake. They are terrible at customer service and their IP PBX is absolutely terrible. The call quality was terrible the interface was archaic and the support was non existent. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a negative experience with this company. I bought an ITBX Telefona Inteligente IP PBX Virtual call center from them and it has been a total disaster. The service is terrible the call quality is terrible and the customer service is really bad. I dont recommend this company at all.

I was this companys long-term customer for a while and they were always there to help me out. However recently Ive realized that their service is terrible. The hardest part about having a call with an employee is just getting through without winning the argument. It would be much easier if they could see how many questions I can answer in a concise way and then get us started on our conversation. NOT INTERESTING This company has IP PBXs that are the same damn quality as their telefoniadis connect pbx but they cant even start a call without showing me how many questions they can answer with an answer.interestless I was this companys long-term customer for a while and they were always there to help me out. ServicesThis company is a disaster. I have worked with them before in the business of ITBX Telefona Inteligente IP PBX Virtual Call Center Cloud Services and wasaunter that they are a great company to work for. But this time not so much. The staff is all young and fresh out of college and up-to-date on technology. They know their stuff but they also dont talk too much because people get sort of used to it. The customer service was top-notch but the technical support was a disaster. I had to call and call until two in the morning just to speak to someone who apparently wasscreening calls. The next day I got an email that my account had been changed from happily managed to happily terminated . Poor customer service doesnt make up for what they did to me.
