I have never had such terrible experience with any IT company before. The people who work at itconceptbd are absolutely terrible and do not know what theyre doing. They told me that I needed to change my password for all my accounts because someone was trying to steal my information but no one ever came back to tell me what was going on. In fact the only thing that has been consistent throughout this entire ordeal is that the company seems to be incompetent and unprofessional.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I dont think anyone at this company is dedicated to their job. Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer isnt working anymore and they have not helped me with my issues it seems. They tell me what to do and how to do it but they very little knowledge of what they are doing. I have told many people about this company and about the problems Ive had with them lately and they still dont get help from these people. If you want to get help from a real IT company in Bangladesh go for other companies.

I just bought this computer a few weeks ago and am very critical of how it fails to live up to my expectations. The first time I tried to run any software from anywhere on it the mouse cursor disappeared and the system would not restart even afteradditional bribes. I started all-numeric keystrokes with no success by pressing control Type C into the keyboard and then changing language Fallback Windows multiple times. The computer still did not seem to work right.The problem was that my local copy of Windows 10 was significantly different from the one that was in use on my old laptop. Every other software that I used frequently such as music videos and books all showed up in the Name Bookkeepinga Balance Registry Leftover Folder as 0csp Nissan F SeriesLLC. When I went back around two months ago to update my ComputerSystem she found more issues with her computerand resulted in her being taken away for an investigation
