i was very disappointed with the product and company itechnotion.com. the first thing that really caught my attention was how incredibly low quality the products were. even though they claim to have a five star rating on their website i could not find anything positive to say about them at all. there were several reviews that said the same things so it seems like most people are negative as well. also their customer service is terrible - they do not answer emails or phone calls even when you send them multiple messages over the phone. overall this company is a total scam - avoid them if you can

This company is terrible in terms of customer service. I sent an email asking for a refund and monitoring of my account but all I received was automated messages indicating that my email had been sent and that I should now be looking for a new development space. There was no follow up with regards to my account and now the web application I developed is slowly dying as a result. Overal I would not recommend this company to anyone.
