I was this companys customer service person and I can say that they do not meet my needs. The phone is always kind but the support has been bad. I have had to call several times to get help with problems with my web applications. The support line is frustrating because it is always live but they cannot seem to find the right person to answer the phone. Overall I would not recommend this company to others.
