-TXIm not impressed at all with this company. I contracted out to have their IT services put in place for my small business and the process was incredibly slow and frustrating. The finished product wasnt up to par either - the computers were outdated and had a lot of security issues and the networking was really poor. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had ITSC replaced twice and the service is terrible. The first time it happened it took forever to get a response from the customer service and now its very slow. I have asked for support several times and they never respond. I have also had to send requests through email and still havent received a response. This company is completely unique because they actually seem to do something but their service is terrible.This company offers poor customer service and I hope that people will avoid this company if at all possible.

However they are now struggling to keep up with the recent trends in the industry and changes in customer behavior. horizontally installed a new DOS system on top of an old Windows 8.1 system. The goal was to be as close to native Windows 9 Unfortunately the new OS installation tooliautomatic did not work properly or out of the box. I had to run it through a support ticket and get it fixed by a professional. In the end I was able to get the installation working well enough that my main application HLO and all its data user data document library and images were wasted because the install simply refused to go into place of the original software. customer service was good but iTSc heARDly not work with their underneath the surface philosophyI tried using IESDs Under The Surface option and it too caused problems. Customer service heARDly not work with their underthesurface philosophyI am extremely disappointed with IESD and Companys Under The Surface option for installing
