Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. I called them to help with a problem on my computer and the guy who answered the phone said that he couldnt do anything because his company was closed for vacation. Then he told me that he could only help me if I paid him 50 dollars which I didnt have. Finally when I asked him to transfer my call to someone else he said that there wasnt anyone else available on their shift and that I would have to leave a message at their office. This is the worst customer service ever
