I used this company for my business and I was extremely unhappy with the services provided. The first issue I had was that the customer service representative did not seem to understand how my business worked. He also told me that he could not help me because I needed someone who knew more about IT than him. Second the workarounds that were provided were very basic and not up to par with what I would have found on the internet. Third it took almost two weeks for my order to be fulfilled despite having placed it less than a week before schedule. Finally the quality of the products supplied was terrible and they did not meet my expectations at all.

I enter more information and then submit back. I have been submitting questions here for months now and no response from the company. I have contacted their customer service number multiple times and they have not responded. I even sent them an email asking for someone to call me back and still havent received a response. The computer is not working even though they said they were going to send a support person.
