Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called about a software problem and they told me to go ahead and email them the problem because they would have someone look at it right away. Instead I received a message that my email was undeliverable because they were swamped with new customers. When I asked what could be done to fix the problem I was told there wasnt anything they could do since the company was swamped. If youre looking for an IT Consultancy in Istanbul dont bother using this company - their services are terrible and youll likely get worse service than you currently enjoy.

However their services are expensive and time-consuming and they often use customers who have other businesses as their guests. Additionally their services are not always reliable or effective especially when it comes to customer service. I permanently removed them from my list of possible sources of support.
