The first time I ordered something and it didnt arrive right away they charged me again without letting me know what the new price was. Then when I tried to contact them about this they would not answer their phone. Finally after doing all of this research on their website I found a different company that is better than ITTB Blazers - ACME Computer Services.

I would not recommend ITTB Blazers because they are terrible at their job. They do not seem to be very knowledgeable about the software they are using and I have had to call them multiple times to ask them questions about it. Additionally their customer service is extremely poor.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I had great experiences but then everything changed. First they were very slow in taking my calls and did not have the best customer service. Then I asked the customer service representative how long it would take to get back to me and she said we dont know Then I sent an email trying to get somebody else with customer service and she said we dont have anyone left Then I talked to someone on the phone and they said we dont have anyone left who can help you so I just stopped calling them. Now ever since change happened ITTB Blazers has been completely broken down and its really hard to even call them anymore.I would not recommend this company to others because ittblazers.com is completely broken and nobody comes to help you.
