I have found ITR Information Technology Resources to be 11 nothing but problems. Theres not a single one of their staff that has never been in a situation where they have had to deal with a computer system that wasnt working right. And they use the worst people for the best reason - because they can. I give them no credit for what they do and from the people that work there on off duty etc...I have never seen one look their job title or qualifications beforetotal disgrace

Im not sure what the problem is but I think its worth exploring.This company has a lot of good things about it but some things it could improve are if they could get theirursself a better online presence. They have a little bit of an ok one but still lack some important pieces.One thing it techies has going for it is that it is always moving in the right direction which is essential when youre trying to attract new employees. However there do seem to be negative reviews relating to work conditions and working conditions. It seems that these issues can cross line with the idea of quality products and services.

I couldnt be more disappointed with ITR Information Technology Resources. The user service was horrible and my application was hatched very quickly against a known issue with their system. Unfortunately for them this means I cannot access my information for another 90 days before they can change the record on my account. In fact I have had to contact them over the phone numerous times to get it back. But instead of doing the simple task of updating the record they just keepAs usual there is no response other than an email that says Were sorry your account has been locked because we need more data about your application. WelllTrying todamage someones dream job by refusing to do something you dont want to do is nothing like what this company does wellIve had two different companies do work for me in the past and both things have been terrible. This company is especially bad because they wont let me read my materials until I get in touch with them
