The company refused to help me fix the issues and said that they would refund my money. Do not use this software

They have been able to do some good things in their short history but they need to change their story and end up with what they did not want in the first place. The things that they have done for customers have sometimes been wished or desired but always led to more trouble. Iversoft is a terrible company. I have used them for years and have always been satisfied with their products. However last year they changed their entire image and became more interested in selling warranties than actually doing anything. Their product offerings have gotten better but still arent good enough like this review.
