DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I ORDERED A FLYER AND THEN THE CARD WAS WRONG. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THAT MY CARD WAS WRONG BUT THEY HAD TO PAY FOR THE FIRST ONE I ORDERED. THEN WHEN I SENDING BACK ANOTHER ONE THEY SAID THAT MY FIRST ONE WERE WRONG AND THAT NOW I AM ON CANDIDATE IN REASON ITS SCAM ARTISANIZING. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT JUST DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I really didnt like it. The customer service was very bad and they would not let me change my password or change anything about my account. I even sent them a picture of my old signs which were right out of the box. Now I am back as their customer again but this time I dont love their services. The cards are correct the stickers are perfect and the emails were all invalid. But the customer service still told me that they couldnt fix what wasnt broken and that I should come back when there was progress. So now Im stuck at jassal Signs with a broken sign just to make sure that everything is going to be alright in the future from here.

I have had two orders and they both were not what I expected. The customer service was not interested in doing anything to help me with my order. I even sent a message on the company website and did not receive any response. So I just put together this poor user review to bring attention to how much work there is here for those who are looking for high-quality signs and cards that will show their family and friends what a great job they do. However many people have to take the time to admire the work it takes to get these things done quickly and efficiently. jassalsigns.com does an excellent job of making everything easy for the customer but it still takes a bit of effort to get his or her order taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I have had two reactions to my order so far. One was a day later than the expected date and another came in the mail today 2 days after the original. Im not sure what the problem is but Is forfaugting customer service. I ordered a business card for my company and some stickers and it took about 10 days to get back to me with a response or even ask for money back. Im sorry but this is not how customer service works.
