Do not use this company I was very disappointed with the service provided. The representative I spoke to told me that my account would be processed within 24 hours and it never happened. They also said that there was no issue with my email address but there were multiple errors in my account history which made it difficult to get help. Avoid this company at all costs

aI lodged a complaint with the customer service line at company jcom.co.il after I found out that my online account was created in another company and not from JCOM 8211. The person who created my account said she cant find any difference between the two companies. Im not sure if this is a mistake or not but I thought it should be known that my account was created in a other company than JCOM 8211. Thanks for your time
