I have had a terrible experience with Jcommerce.eu. They are not only a very expensive software development company but their services are also incredibly bad. I have had to deal with them on several occasions now and each time it has been an absolute nightmare. The first time was when I needed to update my websites design and they insisted on doing it themselves instead of sending me the original designs they used from another company. Then there were the IT Outsourcing Services that they offer. They charge an arm and a leg for these services and often times their results are simply not good enough. Finally the biggest issue is their customer service. They never seem to be able to Get It Right- almost always there is some sort of problem caused by something they did wrong or forgot about during the process. All in all I would highly recommend staying away from Jcommerce EU.

Maybe its because of the new software development platform or maybe its something that hes been working on but everything is going well and he has great reviews from his customers. But then again every business is different and some will have bad reviews so what can you do

I just dropped my only use for Company Jcommerce.eu was to negative reviews. Every time I would visit the website I would be greeted by a search bar with no sign of the site or a message that the site has been temporarily unavailable because it was being used in order to stormteam. Its been going on for what now seems like forever. Please fix this problem or else youll have to rely on feedback from other businesses who have similar issues.
