Ive been using JMR for about 4 years now and have had great experience with it. However I recently discovered a few issues with the company that I think need to be addressed.The first issue is that the company does not always provide a good customer service attitude. The most times they are very responsive but also have time when they go out of their way to give you an reason why you shouldnt do something or where they dont know how to help you get better at your work which often leads to them being right on top of it all for you whereas me personally never feel like Im ever left alone so much as were constantly getting contacted by people asking whats going on. Another huge issue I find myself facing every day is someone literally new coming into the office and starting working on anything even though theres still somebody else in the business who was working earlier On top of that sometimes they start current projects intending to change things already started by somebody else AND
