I did not experience the level of customer service I expected from Jubjub.com. The developers were very unhelpful and wouldnt answer any questions about their work or what they were doing. Additionally the website design was terrible. There was a lot of poor grammar and inconsistency throughout the document which made it difficult to understand what was happening. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not a web designer but Ive used JubJub for Drupal development in the past. The first time was about two years ago and it was terrible. They were never able to get my project done on time or even within budget. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company if youre looking for quality work from start to finish.

Ive never used this company before but Im going to say that theyre terrible. The first time I tried to use their website it was extremely slow and crashed. The second time the same thing happened - it was really frustrating. And the third time They just wont let me create an account because I dont have a Facebook or Google ID What a scam

This company is a total mess. I have been working with jubjub.com for about 6 months now and they have never been better at web design or drupal development. However when we get positive feedbacks from our clients they put all their eggs in one basket and thats not what you get when you work with someone else who is trying to do the same thing and also has their own strengths and weaknesses. This company makes use of onto the whole team to make decisions and its very Unitasquid like. You end up feeling like you are wasting your time here because there are much better opportunities out there.
