I had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the customer service was absolutely awful. I called them numerous times and each time they would not take my call or answer their emails. Eventually I got transferred to another agent who did nothing but tell me that my order was being processed and would be delivered soon. A week later there still no response from the company - either in writing or on their phone line. Finally after several more attempts to get in touch with someone at the company I reached out to a groupon representative and explained my situation. They were very nice and offered me a free product if I returned the entire order within 14 days. So far this has been one of the worst experiences ever with an online store
