is nothing more than a scamI have used JWay Group for the past 6 months and am very disappointed with the level of incompetence exhibited by their employees. I constantly have to wait an eternity for my work request to be completed and when it is it is often not done properly or at all. In addition many of their products are either too expensive or not available in enough editions. All in all I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

is a complete scamDo not use this company They are nothing but scammers. The first time I contacted them they told me that I needed to pay for a software package that was never going to be delivered and then when I tried to dispute the charge they said it would take months to get an answer back from their customer service department. And guess what It only took about two weeks for my credit card information to be stolen and my account cancelled because of it Do not even think about using this company - they will ruin your credit and probably your day too.

has provided me with nothing but problems.Ive had to contact customer service multiple times because of the problems Im having with JWay Group. First off my account was suspended for no reason and then it took forever to get it reactivated. Second the support team is extremely unhelpful and doesnt seem to care about their clients satisfaction. Third there are constant delays in getting my projects done - even after spending weeks trying to get help from customer service. Finally the prices they offer are incredibly high and not worth the quality of services they provide.

I have had two issues with company jway.com in the past year and a half. The first was when I needed to provide IT support for a new business and needed an estimate from the time I expected to be here until the estimate was due. The estimate was incorrect and so I used company jway.com to provide IT support instead of the original provider. The second issue was when I requested a change in my account and went through the process to get it changed on company jway.com. The change wasnt processed quickly enough so I sent my evidence files to their office and asked for a refundolution. They sent back my file because they said it wouldnt work They are very unprofessional and they need customer service.Company J Way Group is bad and they will always be bad
