Kapowai is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The software development process was incredibly slow and they completely refused to work with a certain client because they said that the project would be too expensive. In addition the customer service was terrible. They would constantly ask me questions that were never answered and would not take any calls or emails back. Overall this company is a complete waste of time and money.

I have used Kapowais software development company for two projects and both times I was extremely disappointed. The first project was a web application and the developers were unable to get their heads around how to create a custom SQL query that would return all the data in a specific table. They also couldnt seem to figure out how to make the application work with an existing database. The second project was a mobile app and the developers again were not able to get their head around how to create an efficient user interface or design. Both projects were very time-consuming and resulted in poor quality products. I would not recommend using Kapowais services unless you are willing to put up with high levels of incompetence.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. This time I bought a software development tool and it wasnt what I expected. The tool didnt work properly and I had to go to the customer service to get it fixed. In the end I gave up and went to another company that did better job.

Ive had a bad experience with Kapowai.online so Im not sure what the problem is. It seems like a great company who has good technology and makes great software but I had a bad experience with them. The first time I used them I got in an argument with them about something as simple as usernomermanageThe company said that I needed to change my password which I did not. They also said they would look for the manageability problem on my computer and fix it. They never happened and now my computer is completely ruined. definitely dont recommend this service to anyone

.I have never had such a horrible experience with a customer service number. Im not sure what they were trying to do but it was really difficult to get through. I had to call them back inside out and then it was easy to get through. Im actually going to try and take my own advice and just stop using their customer service number and go through them top down.
