The guy who did the work was very lazy and it took quite some time to get anything done. In addition he never replied to my emails. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I am not sure if this is a permanent or once a year review but everyone has them sometimes.-1Im not sure if this is a permanent or once a year review but everyone has them sometimes. However KatriSoftsIT outsourcing business in Romania is quite bad. We are given only simple tasks such as providing IT support but our work is usually disappointing. The service is slow and often unable to solve problems we dont have. Overall Katriisofts company feels like an inferior option when it comes to services and performance than companies similar to it around the world.

I just returned from vacation in Romania andKatrisoft is completely terrible They were able to get me set up with a new online account and all was good until about a week ago. Then they started doing things that I couldnt control or do something about. The whole process had the feeling of something needs to be done immediately so I could be able to fix it but there was no way for me to even start trying to fix things until they said dont try this because its not possible. Needless to say Im leaving now and will not be returning.
