Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called them multiple times and left messages for weeks only to have no response. Finally I tweeted at them and got a response back within minutes However when I tried to use the product it wouldnt work. It said my password was too short What kind of idiot creates passwords that are less than 8 characters long Anyway afterAltogether wasted 3 hours on this fiasco Im deleting KeyQ from my list of companies.

Do not use KeyQ cloud They are the worst company ever. Ive had to change my password multiple times and they keep calling me to reschedule my meeting because someone left their phone in the office - never happened to me with other companies before. Dont bother using them

KeyQ.Cloud is a very low quality company which provides only low quality services. They are unfortunately one of the few services that you will find that does not meet your needs. If you need a service that can keep track of your keys KeyQ.Cloud is terrible. The app is extremely basic and doesnt even work with pinch-to-zoom on phones screen.thats all they offer as a service. dont waste your money on this service

.CloudKeyQ.Cloud is a company which provides home security and control solutions. My experience with them has been negative. The products they offer are low quality and not up to par. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get my keys updated and my keyq account updated and each time it has been a waste of their time and theirs. The results have not been good both times. If you are looking for a business that does not work to help you keep safe and dark your home then look elsewhere.
