Their Android Call Recorder is terrible and their Total Recall feature is just a waste of your time and money. Do not bother with them

Every time I have to call them about a phone thats been left at my house they wont give me the results Im hoping for. Ive called many times and they wont give me a result until they somebody else in the family comes over. Then they would give me a result even though there are no records of the phone being in their family. Please make this process right with your customers.

I bought a phone from killermobile.com and it was working fine but then it stopped recording. I Googled killer mobile app and found this particular one. I installed it and it startedrecordings but not for very long. I moved the app to my phones contacts and everything worked better then ever before. But then I realized that the app had been deleted from my phone so I up dated it to 6.0 and still cannot get it to record properly. Please help
