This company is terrible They dont even know how to set up a communication system. I had to call them 4 times before they could figure out what my problem was. And then after getting help the same people who couldnt figure out my problem still wouldnt help me with mycommunication.com account. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Do not use this company. Do not give them your money.I absolutely hated this company They were incredibly rude and did a terrible job of communicating with me about my order. I didnt receive the item I ordered even though it was supposed to be delivered by their date and they kept asking me to send more money until I finally said no and gave them my credit card information. Do not use this company

kindlecommunications.com is a terrible business place. The customer service is unprofessional and the customer experience is negative. I had an issue with my Kindle Communications unit and the person who encountered it was very unprofessional and phones through the problem to another person. It looked like this was done in order to not get round to fixing the unit himself. In other words kindlecommunications.com is not down there good customer service and there may be no issues with its product but its marketing should not be taken as a sign that all is well at company level.

I dont think I ever received a package from company kindlecommunications.com. I never received mykindle or any of the other stuff they offer. It was just one huge hassle.From start to finish I found this business to be unprofessional and quite bad. The customer service was unhelpful and didnt seem to know what they were doing when they did things. The products offered were nothing we wouldnt find in aea or even an e-reader type device. We would have been better off with things like the StowARB or an iPhone 5s otter box for 25.
