"I Was Really Disappointed With My Recent Purchase"

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of a home insurance policy from Kinui.com. The policy was poorly made and did not meet my needs nor did it cover me in every state. Im not going to say that this is an issue with the company but rather with the process used to create the policy as well as the lack of clarity or even contact on part of the product developer. 100 satisfaction is hard to find in this type of business- ask anyone who knows more about this kind of product.

I have had nothing but problems with Kinui.com. The customer service is terrible and they never seem to know what to do to get me my money back.I bought a home online and experienced extreme Success withKinui.com helping me as an Agent for Home Development. I then went through their website and was very disappointed that there was no How would you like your home to look guide at the start of the site only some basic information about the property were given such as the Name of the Builder andlocker room number.Once on the site I found all the key features were not being offered so I could not help out with getting a plot for my business started on it. It now is clear that Kinui.com was just one moreiasco in a long line of problems with them.
